Return Period
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. We cannot accept returns requested after this period.
Return Eligibility
Items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed, in the same condition as received
- All original tags still attached
- In original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase

Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged, defective, or incorrect items: Nancy & Rose Washington covers return shipping at no cost.
- Change of mind or wrong size ordered by customer: customer pays return shipping.
Refunds
Processed within 7 business days of receiving the return. Issued to the original payment method. If 15 or more business days have passed since your return was received, please contact us at nancyrosewashington.com/pages/contact.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
